Some of her clients include Microsoft, AT&T and L’Oreal. She has also consulted with government agencies at the federal, state, city and county levels. RJ has provided program design, facilitation, and keynote addresses for over 60 organizations, including international corporations, small businesses, family-owned and operated firms, and not-for-profit foundations. She has held a faculty position at the University of Denver for over 25 years, teaching both graduate and undergraduate courses in business, psychology and ethics.

Meagan Fearing is an experienced insurance broker and owner of Insurance Marketing Enterprise Inc. (IME) located in Colorado Springs, CO. IME is a full service benefits brokerage firm, providing employee (group) and individual/family benefits since 1979.
Meagan joined her family's business in 2009, making her the third generation dedicated to providing insurance resource needs. Becoming an insurance broker taught Meagan she has a passion for educating consumers and advocating for their best interests. Meagan specializes in employee benefits and individual packages for health, Medicare, life, disability, long-term care, and supplemental products.
Meagan also currently sits on the Board of Directors with the local chapter of her professional governing organization, Southern Colorado Association of Health Underwriters (SCAHU). This is part of the National Association of Health Underwriters, an organization of approximately 20,000 health insurance professionals who serve more than 100 million Americans. NAHU members help consumers by guiding them through the complexities of health insurance purchasing and enrollment, while ensuring they get the best policy at the most affordable price. As industry professionals, NAHU members seek to understand each client's situation to create recommendations that complement a client's financial and medical security needs. Serving with this group keeps Meagan apprised of new legislation regarding all aspects of individual and employee benefits and allows her to have input when new legislation is proposed.
